The Serenity Services and Customer Experience team is dedicated to ensuring customer success by deeply understanding their processes, challenges, and objectives. We configure the Serenity applications to align with each customer's unique processes, goals, and desired outcomes. With a focus on maintaining close collaboration with our Product team, we provide valuable insights for product enhancements.
Engagement Managers are responsible for overseeing software project teams throughout customer product implementations. You’ll also work with customer stakeholders to ensure targets and goals are met. These projects focus on helping our clients meet EHS transformation goals using our Serenity ServiceNow based solutions.
